Family Handbook

  • Monday - Friday

    Doors open at 8:30am

    Classes begin at 8:45am

    Dismissal is between 3:15pm - 3:30pm

  • Before care is available beginning at 7:30am.

    After care is available until 4:30pm.

    These services are available for a cost of $5 per child per session.

  • Family and Friends are invited to our monthly Frost Forums which are traditionally scheduled for the last Friday of the month (except when holidays cause adjustments) at 2:45pm.

    This is an opportunity for the school community to gather on a regular basis, get a sneak peak into what your student has been learning in class, and gives students practice with public speaking.

What is special about Robert Frost?

  • First would be our unique blended curriculum.​

  • Educators work to present curriculum that matches student interests and curiosity. Students make choices daily (within the parameters set by the educator) about which materials to work with and which subject matter to explore. Students also choose with whom to work, where to work (at a desk, table, or even the floor) and they have the freedom to move about the room as they choose.

  • Just as important are our multi-age classrooms that encourage older students to grow as role models and enables younger students to learn from their older peers in a way that promotes social and emotional growth as well as academic growth.​

  • With these approaches our students become empowered to make positive choices. They also develop important organizational and problem solving skills, personal responsibility, and best of all, a deep love of learning.
